Join Our Dynamic Team as an Intermediate Instructional Designer/E-Learning Developer

KILO is on the lookout for creative and detail-oriented individuals at the intermediate level to join our team of Instructional Designers/eLearning Developers. As a new team member, you'll be a key player in crafting engaging eLearning modules that captivate and inspire our clients’ audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop interactive and visually appealing eLearning courses using Articulate 360.

• Utilize robust content writing skills to create compelling and effective training materials.

• Storyboard course content to provide a clear visual representation of the instructional flow.

• Maintain a keen eye for detail throughout the course development process.

• Efficiently manage multiple tasks, showcasing flexibility and adaptability.

• Work autonomously with minimal supervision, consistently meeting project deadlines.

• Apply expertise in adhering to templates and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in course design.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing eLearning courses using Articulate 360 (both Rise and Storyline).

• Strong attention to detail with a dedicated focus on delivering high-quality, user-friendly, and dynamic courses.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while meeting tight deadlines.

• Demonstrated experience in adhering to templates and guidelines for course development.
